NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–DCG Acquisitions, a Dave Cantin Group (DCG) company, today announced the successful completion of an acquisition bringing together two behemoths of the automotive group.
DCG represented both parties, whereby the Gee Automotive Companies – among the three largest family-owned and operated automotive groups in the Pacific Northwest, acquired Dick’s Auto Group – one of the oldest family-owned and operated automotive groups in the west of Portland.

The transaction included Dick’s Hillsboro Chevrolet, Dick’s Country CDJR and Dick’s Mackenzie Ford. Under new ownership, they will be known as Tonkin Hillsboro Chevrolet, Tonkin CDJR and Tonkin Hillsboro Ford.
