Launch of the Topaz car care brand in Qatar

Topaz Car Detailing, one of the world’s leading automotive detailing and paint protection film (PPF) brands, has opened its first branch in Qatar, at City Center Mall. Only the second outlet in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) after Bahrain, Topaz Car Care, was inaugurated by Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, Chairman of Al Faisal Holding.
The well-known car detailing brand will operate in Qatar following Optimized Holding’s acquisition of its franchise rights in Qatar from Topaz London.
Speaking to the media at the launch, Sheikh Mohammed bin Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, Chairman of Optimized Holding, said the partnership with Topaz brings a highly qualified service to Qatar and fills a gaping void in the market.
“We are very happy for them (Topaz) to be here in Qatar, and as we know Qatar is a very important market for cars in general – high end cars and classic cars. We can say that we have the best in car styling and protection and make sure the car is able to be preserved for years to come.we realized we had a shortage in the market and Topaz can provide this service in the local market,” Sheikh Mohammed said. “We heard that many customers usually take their cars out of Qatar for this service, but today we have them here in Doha. has a highly skilled and trained team to work on the cars, so we are very confident in providing this service to our customers.
Reda Salem, group general manager of Optimized Holding, revealed that a significant portion of car enthusiasts are expected to patronize the outfit. Salem said the Qatar market offers a real solution for customers who sometimes have to send their cars to London for service. “We expect a strong following from the market as we offer top quality that cannot be found anywhere else in the market. We are sure to see a lot of business. People here love the service we provide because it keeps their cars in good shape and protected.
Sometimes they send their cars to London to get the same service we provide. They don’t have to do that anymore. We have 15 staff available who have completed seven months of a year-long training by our London staff,” Salem said.
He added that Topaz would open more outlets in the industrial zone to streamline some of its operations and venture into the markets of Saudi Arabia, UAE and Kuwait.
