Motor racing: Latest models take over KRA Speedway – West Central Tribune

WILLMAR — The Wissota Late Models hit the KRA Speedway on Thursday.

East Bethel’s Dave Mass won Feature A in the WISSOTA Late Model division. Driving the No. 2 car, he edged out Max Nelson of Milaca and Chuck Swenson, who was racing in car X, who took third place. Swenson is from Watertown, South Dakota.

There was a local driver who saw the checkered flag on Thursday. Grove City’s Bruce Laabs won Feature A in the Pure Stock division.

It was the last night of racing for the 2022 season at KRA. No WISSOTA Modifieds, Midwest Modifieds and WISSOTA Hornets participated in the evening sponsored by Nelson International. HOTROD vintage cars were also in the race.
